The Event Photography Process

Contact & Quote

Contact us by phone or email and we will gather all the information about your specific event and photography needs. 

 

A clear and complete quote will then be written and delivered to you detailing all the photography services to be preformed and the exact price.

Contract

Upon acceptence of the written quote, a clear and concise contract will be delivered to the client containing all information regarding the photography servies for the event, payment terms and dates, and a written confirmation of the date reserved. 

 

A deposit is required to reserve date and services.

Event

The Photographer will arrive early and prepared for the event.

 

The photographer will discuss all details of the event with the designated person and provide a quality experience for the client and event guests.

 

Any remaining balance will be collected prior to event begining.

Delivery

On-Site photos will be immediately printed, and if ordered, placed within selected display frame option. Prints will then be handed to the photo subjects.

 

Digital files will be proccessed and a gallery link with download instructions will be emailed to contact within 2 business days.
